How do I choose a size?
Start with age: Mini around 2–8 years, Full Size around 6–14 years and Large around 12 years and up. Then compare the actual pillow dimensions, bed, current pillow and preferred feel. Age is a starting point, not a rule; some adults prefer Mini too.
Why do the age ranges overlap?
The overlap is deliberate. Age gives a starting point, while bed size, the current pillow and preferred feel help you choose between neighbouring sizes. There is no need to change pillows on a birthday.
Is a smaller pillow always lower?
No. The named size describes the pillow’s length and width, not one guaranteed finished loft. Filling and construction also change how high and soft a pillow feels.
Which pillows contain feather or down?
Goose Down contains goose down and small feathers. Supreme contains duck down and feather. Soft, Silk and Adaptive are feather-free.
Which pillow contains latex?
Adaptive contains natural latex in its removable inserts. The other four LilPillo families do not contain latex in the current approved product facts.
Can the whole pillow be washed?
Care differs by product. Soft Mini can be washed as a whole; follow its sewn-in care label and dry it completely. The Silk inner pillow is spot-clean only. For every product, the current sewn-in label is the final care instruction.
What comes with each pillow?
All ten pillows include a bag. Mini and Full Size pillows also include a pillowcase; the two Large pillows do not. Adaptive includes the outer pillow and three removable inserts. Check the individual pillow page for its exact contents.
Why might it say Snoooze or Serenade?

Is LilPillo for babies?
No. LilPillo is for children’s beds, not for babies or cots. This is LilPillo size guidance, not a medical or safety rule; a parent or carer should decide whether the pillow dimensions and firmness suit their child.
