Try your pillow at home for 30 days from delivery. Normal sleeping use is welcome. UK orders only; you pay return postage.

What is included?

The trial covers the eligible pillows listed below when bought for delivery in the United Kingdom. This is a normal paid purchase. Separately bought pillowcases, bags, duvets and other accessories are not included in the pillow trial. Your statutory rights still apply to all your purchases.

How it works

Your 30 days start from actual delivery of your pillow. If your items arrive separately, each eligible pillow has its own trial period. Tell us you would like to return it by the end of the date 30 days after delivery, using UK time. If you are unsure of the delivery date, contact us and we will help confirm it.

You can sleep on your pillow during the trial. Follow the care instructions for your particular product. You do not need to wash an item in a way its care label does not allow before returning it.

Start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. Your reason is optional. We will give you the return instructions and address. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.

Return the pillow with all the pieces supplied with it, including its pillowcase and bag where included. Send it back within 14 calendar days of telling us. You pay return postage. Keep your proof of posting.

Your refund

We refund the amount you actually paid for the eligible returned goods to your original payment method. We do not deduct for normal sleeping use under the trial or require you to accept store credit. Retained items are not refunded.

We refund without undue delay, no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the goods or, if earlier, receive evidence that you sent them back.

For a return under the additional trial after the statutory cancellation period, original delivery charges are not refunded. If you cancel your full online order under your statutory cancellation right, we also refund the standard original delivery charge you paid. Any extra paid for premium delivery is not refunded.

Used pillows returned under the trial are disposed of and are not restocked or resold as new.

Your statutory rights

The trial is additional to your legal rights. For statutory cancellation, tell us within 14 days beginning the day after you receive your goods. You then have 14 days after telling us to send them back. Where one order is delivered in separate parts, the statutory cancellation period runs from receipt of the last item, lot or piece, as applicable. This is separate from each pillow's trial period.

Your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described are not restricted by the trial, its eligibility list or its deadlines. Contact us so we can help with the appropriate remedy. See our refund policy.
