LilPillo shipping policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver only to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently deliver to Europe (including the EU), the United States or other international destinations. The checkout will confirm whether an address is eligible before an order is placed.

UK delivery charges

• Standard delivery 1-3 days: £3.89.
• UK Free standard delivery: free for orders of £60 or more.
• Next day delivery UK: £9.89.

These are the current rates on 8 September 2026. The exact available service and charge shown at checkout before you place the order applies to your purchase.

Processing and delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day. Dispatch and carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery name, postcode and full address before placing your order. Contact hello@lilpillo.uk immediately if you notice an error. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delays, loss or damage in transit

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@lilpillo.uk with the order number. Your statutory rights are not affected by carrier delays or claims procedures.
