1. Who we are

This website and the LilPillo store are operated by Snoooze Limited trading as LilPillo. Snoooze Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 11142024. Our registered office is Greatwood Cottage, Skirmett, Henley-on-Thames, England, RG9 6TD. Email: hello@lilpillo.uk.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you use lilpillo.uk or buy from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives consumers.

3. Eligibility and product information

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, care instructions, warnings and images are provided on the relevant product page. Please check them carefully before ordering. Children must use products in accordance with the stated age guidance, labels and safety instructions.

4. Orders and the contract

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt and does not mean we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We will provide the contract information in a form you can keep, normally by email. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance, including because of an obvious error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or an ineligible delivery address; if payment was taken, it will be refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include taxes applicable to the sale. Any delivery charge is shown before you place the order. You must use an available payment method and provide accurate billing information. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting the order.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver only to eligible United Kingdom addresses. We do not currently deliver to Europe, the United States or other international destinations. Available services and charges are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. See our Shipping policy for details.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your statutory cancellation rights and our voluntary 30-day return policy are explained in our Return and refund policy. That policy includes how to notify us, return deadlines, costs, refund timing and a model cancellation form. Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods remain covered by your statutory rights.

8. Your information

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy policy. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

10. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website content, branding, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Snoooze Limited. You may use the site for personal shopping and may not reproduce or exploit its content commercially without permission.

11. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

12. Changes and availability

We may update the website and these terms. The terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
